Jiwon is the Founding Partner at Bizdium, where she leads new business development and design-driven innovation. She also serves as an Managing Director at Sindoh, driving B2B solutions and digital transformation. Jiwon was an Assistant Professor at NYU, teaching and researching creative strategy and design thinking. Her career spans academia and industry, including roles as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, Research Designer at Biorealize, and Biodesign Specialist at MIT Design Lab. Jiwon holds a Master’s in Design Engineering from Harvard University and a Master’s in Emerging Design Practices from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received the Laurence Shprintz MFA Award. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Media Arts from Wellesley College.

Sam is the Founding Partner at Bizdium, where he leads new business development and strategic investment initiatives. He is also the Managing Director at Sindoh, where he leads corporate strategy and oversees the Future Business Division. In this role, he drives long-term growth through new business initiatives, emerging market opportunities, and technological integration. Sam holds a Master’s in Corporate Finance and Investment from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School. He also received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jae-Hyun co-founded Curated by FlowState, a platform focused on design research and custom trend analytics. His past experience spans various industries, including UI/UX and marketing design at Zeta, where he streamlined digital banking experiences, and brand management at DANSAEK. He started his career at Coach & Calvin Klein, where he contributed to the designs of hundreds of mens bags. Jae-Hyun holds a Master’s in Design Engineering from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design with a Minor in Sustainability from Pratt Institute.

Prior to Bizdium, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Linq, a Techstars '23 company, where she launched LLM-based SaaS solutions and secured $5 million in seed funding. Kelsey began her career in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working across the New York and London offices. She also worked as a Graduate Researcher at Harvard Business School, focusing on venture investment trends in the U.S. Kelsey holds a Master’s in Design Engineering from Harvard University and received her B.S. in Finance & Statistics with a Minor in Studio Art from NYU, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
